Roof - grey mineral felt slates fitted.
Lining - walls lined with 3mm MDF.
Insulation - walls insulated with 60mm fibreglass.
Guttering - Black Marley PVC guttering fitted along front and rear of unit.
Windows - Two round magnet windows, 2' in diameter.
Two magnet 3' wide x 3'5" high windows, one each side of double door.
Two magnet 4'4" wide x 3'5" high windows, side opening with clear toughened glass, one in each gable end.
Door - one magnet double door 6'6" x 3'10" wide complete with rim lock and keys, centrally positioned.
Walls - 22mm (7/8") tongue & grooved whitewood horizontal boarding.
Treatment - workshops walls treated externally with one coat of Preservative.
Framework - 3" x 2" and 3" x 3".
